Area-ware adaptive image compression

Recently, compression is essential to reduce large traffic generated from video or image-based services such as OTT, IOT, smart city, and self-driving cars. The high data reduces traffic, but causes information loss quality deterioration. In this paper, we shall propose a new efficient method which increases the ratio while maintaining image by partitioning into 5 different areas each with quantization values according their priority intensity, location, size correlation. We exploit for of divided based on saliency map visual order in fully reflect reaction degree human system. show that our dramatically preservation efficiency compressing area using less memory.
